We roast every batch the week it ships.
Most roasters stockpile. We don't. Each order triggers a fresh roast. It takes a little longer, but the cup is different: noticeably fresher, cleaner, more of what the farmer intended.
We visit farms or buy through importers we trust. Every bean has a paper trail. We know who grew it, what they were paid, and when it was harvested.
